When we are engrossed, it's easy to forget zoom out and think about how platforms have changed from the beginning to what they are now. Be mindful of the concept of platform decay. Consider intentions and reframe approaches to business objectives so that we can preserve the initial value delivered to users to the greatest extent possible.

I don't see this as balance, but rather the act of balancing which is a constant, intentional effort. There is no end, and even if things may seem easy on the surface, there is always effort to make constant micro-adjustments to maintain its state.

I first came across the term 'flâneur' when I was in GSA and have always been fascinated with the concept. This quote resonated with me because it perfectly described my experiences, having lived in 13 cities, but unsure of where home is.
